If you have purchased a Non-Authorized Subscription plan within the last year and you need your username and password, please contact us and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Date of Order
- Name of Service Company
- Address of Service Company
- Phone Number of Service Company
If your Non-Authorized Subscription plan has expired, please follow the instructions below to renew:
- Go to “ServiceMatters.com”
- Click on “Learn More and Apply”
- Go to “Non-Authorized Service Provider”
- Click “Subscribe Now” and follow the instructions
Authorized Service Provider
If you are an Authorized Service Provider and you are unsure of your username, please contact us . If you need to reset your password please follow the instructions below:
- Visit: https://access.whirlpool.com/wpass/wpass (or copy and paste the link into your browser)
- Enter your USERNAME and click “I forgot my password”
- An email will be sent to you with your USERNAME and TEMPORARY PASSWORD
- Visit: https://access.whirlpool.com/wpass/wpass (or copy and paste the link into your browser)
- Enter your USERNAME and TEMPORARY PASSWORD, and then click “Sign In”
- Enter “Your old password”, which is your TEMPORARY PASSWORD
- Enter a new password of your choice in the “Your new password” box
- Enter the new password again in the “Confirm new password” box
- Click “Change ALL my passwords”
